How does a return work?
You can withdraw from the purchase contract up to 14 days from the date of receiving your order. From the moment of contract withdrawal, you have to request a return and send your purchased goods back to us within the next 14 days. What should I include in my return parcel?
You can return your goods by sending them to the address printed on the return form you received in your parcel. Please note that a return is only possible for goods with their original labels attached and a receipt.
When will I get my refund?
As soon as we have processed your return and the refund has been made, you will receive an email confirmation from us. The refund will be made to the same payment method which was chosen when placing the order.
